Highly recommend this company! My car broke down on the 403 highway and through CAA I was picked up in 5 minutes by this company! Cam was super friendly and made the hour and a half tow ride safe, comfortable, and fun! Cam also was super knowledgeable and checked out my car personally, even talking to the mechanic at the shop! 10/10 Recommend!

This company is without a doubt there for you when you need them. From initial call to completed service, everything was quick and efficient. I absolutely recommend them if you’re in the greater Hamilton area, and if I could give more then five stars I would with that being said, I would like to express much gratitude towards their driver, Patrick. Whom with an amazing attitude took a crummy situation brought on by less then ideal weather and completely turned it around. Unbelievable service and exceptional customer service!!! My BRAND NEW vehicle all of a sudden just stopped working. I was able to safely pull over on the side of the road - but in not the best neighbourhood. Rest assured Cam from Precision Towing and Flatbed Service was enroute immediately. I knew from the moment he jumped out of the truck with a big friendly smile, that I was in not good - but GREAT hands! He was so friendly - and incredibly knowledgeable. This was an overall terrific experience from start to finish - and a great way to end, what was a not a good ‘start’ (my car not working/reason for the call).

Cam called ahead and arrived earlier than expected (caa quoted 45 minutes, cam arrived in 15). His customer service was fantastic as he helped sort out my cars issues and offered helpful advice. Cam was willing to go the extra mile to get my vehicle where it needed to go. Very grateful for the help today! Thanks.

Was in a pinch with a fully dead battery from a car that sat 6 months, Chris is a miracle worker and got it started in five seconds, extremely professional and also very funny. Got the car started and towed it to where we needed to go. Give this man a raise 🙂

Excellent service! I had a trailer emergency on the highway and after calling several towing services (including CAA) who were not willing to help- Precision came to my rescue. The woman who answered the phone was lovely and so accommodating and Chris (who showed up soooo quickly) was efficient and even gave us a quick roadside lesson incase we are ever in a jam again! Thanks so much. I hope to not need a service again but if I do I know exactly who I will call (and I will try not to cry next time)
